Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team in Napier. This is a rostered role offering competitive pay and ongoing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hotel room cleaning and servicing to a high standard

• Housekeeping duties including bed making, linen changes, and restocking amenities

• Cleaning bathrooms, floors, and public/common areas

• Following cleaning schedules and hotel procedures

• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property

• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Working efficiently to meet daily room targets

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or accommodation services preferred (not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rostered shifts

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
