Receptionist opportunity based in Onehunga, Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable temporary Reception & Admin Support person to assist our busy printing client.   

This role is the the first point of contact for customers and visitors and plays an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Taking messages and passing them on promptly 
  • Monitoring the reception email inbox and forwarding or actioning emails as required
  • Ensuring all visitors follow sign-in and health and safety procedures
  • General administration and filing
  • Light cleaning duties around the office including cleaning the coffee machine
  • Assisting account managers with customer contact when requested

About you:

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Confident answering phones and dealing with customers
  • Organized and able to follow instructions
  • Reception or administration experience

This is a temporary role, ideal for someone available immediately or at short notice.
