We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager and passionate Cooks  to join our team full-time (minimum 30 hours per week). Restaurant Manager’s duties will include:

  • Planning, organising, and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Leading, recruiting, training, rostering, and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Planning menus in consultation with the Head Chef and coordinating special functions and events
  • Managing stock levels, purchasing, pricing implementation, and monitoring operational costs in line with approved budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and liquor licensing requirements
  • Monitoring service quality, managing customer feedback, and resolving complaints as required
  • Maintaining records of stock usage, sales, and operational performance

Job Requirements for Restaurant Manager - Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Either a relevant qualification or atleast 2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to work over any day of the week and must be available to work evenings, split shifts and weekends
  • Availability to work on public holidays as per the roster   

Payrate for Restaurant Manager will range within $30 to $35 depending on the experience.

 

Cook's duties will include:

  • Preparing, seasoning, cooking and presenting food
  • Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality.
  • Regulating temperatures of tandoors, grills and other cooking equipment.
  • Preparing and cooking food according to special dietary requirements where required.
  • Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Assisting the Chef in training and supervising other kitchen staff as required.

Job Requirements for Cook - Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Either a relevant qualification or atleast 2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to work over any day of the week and must be available to work evenings, split shifts and weekends

Payrate for Cook will range within $26 to $30 depending on the experience.
