We are currently looking for an Office Manager who are willing to working in a challenging environment.
We require the following: -
Our ideal candidate must be:
Be able to demonstrate at least a Bachelor Degree.
Applicant must be physically and Medically fit in order to be recruited for this role.
A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.
The applicant must be able to provide MOJ for employment purposes.
Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends and be able to start early.
Be able to meet Immigration New Zealand requirements to obtain a work visa if required.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Must be able to contributing to review of office services, and setting priorities and office services
- Allocating human resources, space and equipment
- Must be able to assign work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- Must be able to manage records and accounts of the office
- Liaising to coordinate the office and facilitate problem resolution.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained
- Must be able to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Must be able to ensure work complies with relevant procedures
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, performance management, payroll and training.
- Must be able to Organize and control the functions and resources of an office.
- Must be able to visit on site to ensure the staff are working onsite and resolve in case if there is an issue.
- Muat have ability to resolve the matters which need to be resolved immediately.
- A focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- The attitude and behaviours to be a great team member.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- The ability to work quickly under pressure without supervision
· Working within the parameters relevant to the work, e.g., time, resources.
- Ability to Communicate well.
· Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and results orientated.

Remuneration: $32.07 per hour
Minimum 60 Hours Minimum Per Fortnight.
