Delivery Driver / Front of House Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable and flexible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver / Front of House team member.

This role involves morning deliveries followed by front-of-house support during our lunch period.

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading the delivery van each morning with bakery and café goods
• Safely and efficiently delivering products to our other branches (currently Milford and Takapuna)
• Occasionally delivering products to nearby schools
• Assisting with unloading goods and setting up displays at each location
• Keeping the delivery van clean and reporting any maintenance issues
• Accurately taking customer orders and processing payments through a POS system
• Selling bread and patisserie items from the bakery
• Assisting with sandwich preparation alongside branch staff
• Clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean front-of-house area
• Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock placement
• Answering the bakery phone and assisting customers as needed
• Following Health & Safety requirements at all times
• Assisting other staff members when required
• Standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
