As an office administrator you will be managing and controlling the office admin functions and will be providing a support to our Management and the team.

Tasks Include but not limited to:

  • To support company operations by maintaining office system and by supporting Director/Manager and the team.
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Always stay updated with the current visa applications capacity and capability amongst the team to ensure work is assigned properly and is done on time to meet deadlines.
  • Manage Invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and other necessary records.
  • Liaise with Clients to maintain strong and healthy relationships.
  • To provide students with assistance regarding accommodation facility as a Pastoral care officer.
  • Managing joint inbox, upcoming and outgoing emails.
  • Provide training to new employees if required.
  • Manage Office supplies and order stationery, equipment’s and other furniture as required.
  • Attend Phone calls and schedule appointments with clients
  • Manage Data base of Previous and ongoing clients.
  • Manage Facebook Promotions and other social media promotions.
  • Preparing Payroll and manage file system
  • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive environment.
  • Performing other relevant duties from time to time as required

This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the Pay rate for this position will be 30.00 NZD per hour. You must have a minimum of High School certificate OR Higher-level qualification in any field OR 1 years of relevant work experience.
