About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Team Members to join our Domino’s store in Rolleston. The role involves food preparation, kitchen operations, and delivering high-quality customer service in line with Domino’s standards.

Pay Range: $24 – $30 per hour (depending on experience and work ethic)
Hours: The store operates 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food items efficiently and to brand quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and food preparation tools safely.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and kitchen areas.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation, and follow food safety requirements.
• Take customer orders and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak service periods.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations at all times.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 06 months of relevant work experience in fast food preparation or a similar role.
• A qualification equivalent to NZQF Level 1 or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and late shifts as required.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
