Being part of the reservations team, your role will be to deliver excellent customer service and advice to all guests and suppliers. Part of your role will also be dealing with enquiries and reservations generated by email, OTA's and via the websites Understanding contract rates & ensuring that the clients  - corporate, wholesaler, PCO's, travel agents & external websites have the best possible service. 
    
This role requires great organisation, attention to detail, accurate keyboard skills and an immaculate personal presentation, resulting in true five-star service, even under pressure. You must thrive on outstanding customer service and know how to go the extra mile.
