Shreeji Hospitality Limited, renowned for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service, is seeking a Team Member to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare burger patties, sauces, and a range of fresh toppings such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, and pickles, following company recipes and standards.
• Cook burgers to the required specifications by carefully controlling grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistent quality.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a positive experience for every customer.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sales objectives and achieve store performance targets (KPIs).
• Regularly check stock levels and inform the Store Manager when replenishment is required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by sanitising work areas and properly cleaning and storing equipment and utensils.
• Assemble and package food orders accurately and attractively for dine-in and takeaway customers.
• Organise and prioritise order tickets to ensure prompt service and accurate order completion.
• Adhere to food safety standards by identifying and disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including preparing workstations and service areas.
• Carry out food deliveries and collect supplies from vendors as required to support smooth operations.
• Process customer payments efficiently and accurately using approved payment systems.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

Requirements & Availability:
• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work weekends and late shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and flexible with shift schedules.
