Position: Duty Manager (2 roles available)
Location: Primarily Palmerston North, with occasional shifts in New Plymouth if needed. (accomodation and travel alowances will be provided for New Plymouth shift)
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week

Duty Manager to help lead our well established store and live up to the hype and good vibes all over.

Plymouth and Palmerston North locations are open till late—sometimes even until
4am—serving up handcrafted burgers to night owls and food lovers alike. If you're

What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in hospitality or food service,
OR
 A management qualification and at least 6 months of work
experience in customer service or in a customer facing role.
- Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility to work across locations when needed
- A passion for great food and customer service
- Must be available to work on evenings, late nights (until 4am) and weekends
- Ability to drive to and from work for late night shifts
- Must agree to be subject to drug testing prior to and during employment
- Duty Manager Responsibilities:

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations and
supporting the team to deliver top-tier service. Your duties will include:

- Leading and motivating crew members during shifts
- Ensuring food quality, speed, and presentation meet Re Burger standards
- Managing customer interactions and resolving issues professionally
- Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and reporting
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Supporting training and onboarding of new staff
- Acting as the go-to person when the Store Manager is unavailable
