We are currently looking for team members to join our busy Pizza Store located in Waiuku, Auckland. You must have passion towards food and ability to thrive under pressure.  You will have a positive and right attitude, committed, reliable and be really helpful. You may have to work at our Te Kuiti, Waikato store from time to time, if required, to cover staff shortage and operational needs.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30 Hours

Days required: Monday to Sunday (rotating hours)

Pay Rate: $24 - $ 25 per hour

 

 

Your duties will include but not limited to:

 

-       Preparing the Pizzas from the menu and as per customer special requirements

-       Preparing the variety of dough for pizzas (stretching, saucing and cheesing)  and garlic breads as per Pizza Hut’s recipe and standards

-       Washing, preparing and cutting the topping vegetables and variety of meat

-       Making fresh pizza sauces and storing them at the right temperature

-       Operating and Controlling the temperatures of the cooking equipment, ovens and grills

-       Follow the instructions and prepare the food as per the dietary requirements

-       To assist in ordering the inventory and maintaining the stock levels

-       Taking deliveries of the stock ordered

-       Taking orders, serving the customer and receiving the payments from customers

-       Ensuring the customer orders are completed in timely manner

-       Keeping the work areas and utensils always clean, hygienic and tidy

-       Ensuring the compliance meet with all health and safety regulations

-       Delivery of Pizza as and when required

 

A successful candidate must have:

 

-       At least Level 1 qualification (High School)

-       Above 18 years of age

-       Full Driving Licence

-       Time management skills and ability to work under pressure

-       Physically fit and hard working

-       Late evenings, Weekend and Public Holiday availability

-       Punctual, reliable and honest

-       No Criminal conviction

-       Must pass the drug test
