We are looking for a store managers for our takeaway and dairy shop

 

 

Position: StoreManager x 2

Location: whakatane, Bay of Plenty

Job type: Full-time – 30 hours per week (includes weekend work)

Duration: Permanent

Payrate: $28 to 32 per hour

As a Store Manager your responsibilities would be:
Take charge of the overall operations of the store.
Manage day to day operations of the store
Create, execute, and maintain pricing and marketing and purchasing policies.
Keep track of all financial activities and stock levels.
Supervise the staff and ensure staff cover their working hours. 6.Support the director in planning the companybudget.
Market and promote the products and services offered by the store.
Offer customers products and services and give product usage advice.
Manage the vape product inventory, staying informed about trends and customer preferences.
Implement effective merchandising strategies for the superette section.
Supervise personnel hiring, training, and monitoring.
Verify adherence to safety and health laws in the workplace.

Skills Required:
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
Must have a 1 yesr of relevant experience or level 4 or higher qualification
