TP Partners Limited are looking for a talented Business Development Manager & Motel Manager to join our team and help us expand our business in Rotorua. 

We are loooking for passionate and talented Managers to run our Motels and ensure its continued success.

Both positions are full-time permanent with a minimum 40 hrs/per week.

Ideal candidate should have excellent communication & negotiation skills, 

Relevant work-experience / education will be added advantage.

Business Development Manager

About the role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets.

This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week, paying between NZD $35 to $50 

 

 

 

MOTEL MANAGER

About the role
The managers will be responsible for overall day-to-day management ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, continuous revenue growth - maximising returns, and effective booking management together with other tasks. It is a sole charge, busy role and whilst there are
cleaning staff and sub-contractors you need to be ready to be hands on with maintenance, guest check in and out services, cleaning and all other tasks associated with running a motel.


What we are looking for

  • You will need to have exceptional customer service skills. with a strong focus on making customers’ stay exceed their expectations.
  • Experience working in a similar role will be an advantage.

This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week, paying between NZD $25 to $35
