Secure Workforce t/a Select Pizza Ltd is seeking two experienced and dedicated Shift Supervisors to join our pizza store team in Auckland.


We are looking for someone Full-time who has a proven background in a
management As a Shift Supervisor you will working in hands on
management position leading from the front motivating your team while
ensuring customers receive outstanding service and quality.
We are seeking a person who is able to "hit the ground running" and
must be able to prove they fit the criteria below:


Experience Required:


- Previous relevant management or supervisory work experience
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent credentials in customer service
- Ability to work within budgets of running a profitable business
- Timely reporting requirements
- Experience in reconciling financial reports and cash handling

- Experience in administration work like stock take Ordering manage
invoices

- Ability to work late nights and weekends
- Honest with no history of dishonesty

Pay rate for this position will be $26.50 to $32.50 per hour


Minimum Hours per week- 30
