Duty Managers are high performing staff who are responsible for helping to manage the store and staff from start to finish. Dealing with operational or customer related issues during this time. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operation in fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to take corrective actions when necessary. Develop a positive, respectful, productive and professional work environment.

We are looking for full-time Duty Managers to join our team in Hamilton. Your working hours will be minimum 32 hours to maximum 45 hours per week.

 

Job Duties for Duty Manager:

·       Drive an excellent customer service culture across the store.

·       Responsible for monitoring inventory levels

·       Build sales to meet company goals.

·       Providing the highest standards of food and service for the store.

·       Responsible for Cost controlling/ Financial and other administrative responsibilities

·       Carry out staff training and identifying areas for further training.

·       Respond to customer complaints when needed and maintaining health

·       and safety requirements in the kitchen and front areas.

·       As per the nature of the business, you must be able to work 7 days of

·       week (rostered) which includes late nights, weekends and public holidays.

 

Job Requirements:

 

·       Must have Minimum one year of experience in hospitality sector or Level 4 or higher diploma qualification in any stream

·       Have the ability and responsibility to manage all restaurant operations  include staff, food ordering, ability to manage store during peak time,

·       dealing with customer complaints.

·       Present a positive, professional image

·      

Salary can be negotiated as per your experience level between $30 to $35 per hour.
