Location: Auckland

Positions Available: 2

Hourly Rate: $25–$30 
Working Hours: 30–60 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent Agreement, Full-Time

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the relevant field 

Education: At least Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (can be waived based on work experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic hotpot and soup and other traditional Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.

Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.

Inspect ingredient quality and measure components for menu items. Maintain food inventory and place orders as needed.

Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation. Present dishes attractively before serving.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.
