and a wide selection of beverages. Our commitment to guest satisfaction drives
everything we do, and we are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar
operations and create memorable experiences for our patrons.

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring
efficient and high-quality beverage service, managing stock and staff, and maintaining a
fun, safe, and compliant environment. This role suits someone with a hands-on
approach, great leadership skills, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and service delivery
Supervise bar staff and ensure high standards of customer service
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests
Plan and coordinate bar promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
Recruit, train, and mentor bar team members
Monitor budgets, costs, and stock levels
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and operational performance

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience or a relevant qualification
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to manage and support a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
