We are seeking a seafood process supervisor to join our team as soon as possible

- Days require: 5 days a week. Including weekend.

- Hours: minimum 30 hours a week.

 - Rate and salary :$30 per hour

- No experience required

- Client needs to have the qualification in any major (Diploma or Bachelor Degree)

 

The role involves managing both the technical processing of seafood and the people performing those tasks: 

 -   Poduction Oversight: Organises and controls day-to-day processing activities to ensure production deadlines and volume requirements are met.

-     Quality & Compliance: Regularly checks the quality of fish and ensures all operations comply with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and workplace safety regulations.

-   Staff Management: Supervise factory line workers, assign tasks, lead "toolbox" safety meetings, and manage staff performance and attendance.

-    Training: Ensures all seafood processors are properly trained in safe working practices and specific technical tasks like filleting or machinery operation.

-  Reporting & Records: Maintains accurate documentation of production yields, hygiene checks, and equipment maintenance; may report directly to senior management or vessel skippers.

-  Resource Management: Monitors inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies; coordinates with logistics and procurement to maintain stock levels.
