Kritika Enterprises Ltd is looking for a restaurant manager in Newtown, Wellington region, New Zealand.

Only Citizens of New Zealand, residents, or on an open work visa are eligiible to apply and must have three years' work experience in Indian cuisine.

Wages $27-$30/hour and overtime is also at the same payrate. Wages will be paid weekly in a nominated bank account.

Full-time and permanent 30-35 hours/week.

Thursday 11:30 am–2:30 pm, 5–9:30 pm
Friday 11:30 am–2:30 pm, 5–10 pm
Saturday 11:30 am–2:30 pm, 5–10 pm

Duties:

Planning menus in consultation with Chefs;

planning and organising special functions;

arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget; 

maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;

ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance;

conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service;

selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff;

may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
