We've been BUZZed to find Motel Manager Couple to take over the management of a highly successful motel complex. We seek a charismatic, hands on Managers with a solid understanding on the motel business and loves interacting with guests. We are looking for a couple to take over the management of this property and run it as if it was their own. The property is a little gem wit less than 27 keys and has a mix of single, double and family suites, which attracts a great yield. It has a strong domestic market as well as tourist.
The business is supported by Head Office, whom deals with all payroll and accounts - so all you need to so is manage a small housekeeping team, make sure the reservations are actioned and "host" your guests.
You will have a proven track record of success in motels or boutique hotels, showing you have the commercial capability to maximise profit, control costs and build customer loyalty. This is a hands on role and the more you do, the more you make.
A 1 bedroom apartment is on offer, therefore this is not suitable for a family.
As you will be employed as a contractor, so NZ Citizens / Permanent resident couples will be considered.
