Job Summary:

We are looking for Team Members (3 positions) available to come and join our Fast-food chain in Taradale, Napier.

As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment. Your role will involve a mix of customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and teamwork to maintain the high standards.

This is full-time role, and we offer a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a maximum of up to 50 hours. The pay rate for this job is between $24 and $28, depending on experience. We are Looking for a committed, hard-working candidate!

Job Description:

The tasks you will do:

  •          Providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
  •          Taking customer orders accurately (in person, online, or by phone) and processing payments using the POS system
  •          Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  •          Assisting with the preparation of pizzas and other menu items in line with company standards, food safety, and hygiene requirements
  •          Supporting delivery coordination and food dispatch
  •          Maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen, dining area, and store in accordance with health and safety regulations
  •          Assisting with stock replenishment and general cleaning duties
  •          Working cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
  •          Following all health, safety, and food safety policies
  •          Staying informed about menu items, promotions, and new products to assist customers effectively

  •          Good personal hygiene and the ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  •          Reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team.
  •          Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.
  •          Some experience or knowledge of kitchen work and basic food safety practices.
  •          Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a bonus but not required training will be provided.
