Raine & Horne are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to add to their team at their Head Office in Christchurch.
'Real Estate. It’s what we do'

As a fourth generation, and proudly 100% family-owned business, we’ve been at the forefront of real estate since 1883. We are one of the oldest privately owned firms in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our experience and reputation are without question, that’s why we sell over $10 billion worth of property each year and manage over 120,000 properties across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking to add another exceptional Customer Service Administrator to our Head Office in Christchurch.

You’ll be involved in the full range of administration duties, from contracts through to settlement. While experience in real estate is beneficial, it’s not everything. What really matters is attitude, reliability, and how you show up as part of a team. We’ve built a great culture here and we’re very protective of it.

This is a varied and important role that supports both our sales and administration teams, for our agents nationwide. You’ll be part of a busy, fast-paced real estate environment, so being organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks is key.

If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take pride in being accurate, accountable and reliable, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing contracts and sales documentation.
  • Creating commission statements.
  • Managing and releasing deposits.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and record management within our VaultRE CRM system.
  • Supporting the team with administration, reporting, and solicitor communications.
About You:
  • Real estate or property administration experience preferred.
  • Confident user of VaultRE CRM (preferred), Microsoft Office and modern office systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • Professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
How to Apply:
If you are a highly organised administrator professional who enjoys a busy, client-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
