This full-time (Minimum 30 hours per week, hourly pay rate $25-$25 per hour) role offers you

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and coordinate all bar and lounge operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience
• Handle cash, process payments, and oversee inventory management
• Enforce licensing and gaming regulations
• Lead and motivate staff, including scheduling and training
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively


What We're Looking For


• Valid LCQ and Manager's Certificate (essential)
• 2-3 years of Proven experience in the bar or hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills and passion for creating memorable experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Thorough understanding of liquor licensing laws and gaming regulations
• Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
