Han Food Services Ltd is seeking a Hot Pot Cook to join our restaurant operations. The role involves preparing and cooking Chinese hot pot dishes, ensuring consistent food quality, and supporting daily kitchen operations in accordance with food safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present Chinese hot pot broths, soups, and related menu items according to established recipes

Prepare ingredients including meat slicing, seafood processing, vegetable preparation, and sauce mixing

Cook food items using appropriate methods such as boiling, simmering, blanching, and seasoning

Ensure dishes meet required standards for taste, quality, and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food storage areas

Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times

Assist with stock rotation, ingredient storage, and minimising food waste

Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff during busy service periods

Requirements:

At least 2 years related work experience in the same field.

Have great responsibility

Good communication skills

 

Work hours: Minimum 30 hours /week  

Tue to Wednesday
