Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the car rental branch to ensureeffi cient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and lead staff , fostering a high-performance cultureand maintaining professional standards in all customer interactions.
  • Organise the purchase, scheduling, allocation, and maintenance oftransport vehicles, equipment, and fuel to ensure operationaleffi ciency and availability.
  • Oversee fl eet management, including timely inspections, servicing,repairs, and compliance with all regulatory and company safetystandards.
  • Liaise with clients to determine requirements, provide advice onvehicle types, hire rates, and obligations, and resolve customercomplaints or feedback in a professional manner.
  • Receive orders and bookings, plan and implement rental andtransportation schedules, and optimise utilisation of vehicles.
  • Arrange collection, delivery, and return of vehicles, coordinatinglogistics to minimise downtime and maximise service availability.
  • Ensure vehicles and goods are stored, maintained, and transportedin conditions that preserve their quality and meet companystandards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue,grow market share, and enhance branch visibility.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attractnew clients and retain existing customers.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and branch fi nancial reporting, ensuringcost control, accurate forecasting, and profi tability.
  • Maintain accurate business records, operational reports, and clientdocumentation in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate and oversee staff rosters, manage leave requests, andallocate workforce eff ectively to meet business demand.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, andstakeholders to support operational and commercial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations,transport legislation, and company policies.
  • Analyse operational and fi nancial data to identify areas forimprovement and implement practical solutions.
  • Flexible to work int he weekends.

Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma or higher qualifi cation or 3 years relevantexperience
