The Opportunity
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office and broader team running smoothly. You’ll be relied on for your organisation, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to teams and stakeholders
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Organising appointments and travel arrangements
- Overseeing day-to-day office administration and support tasks
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and by phone
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, including message taking and call direction
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in these roles, you’ll be an organised and adaptable professional with:
- Previous experience in office administration, personal assistance, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience using office management, CRM, or accounts systems
- Confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly
