The Opportunity

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office and broader team running smoothly. You’ll be relied on for your organisation, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to teams and stakeholders
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
  • Organising appointments and travel arrangements
  • Overseeing day-to-day office administration and support tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and by phone
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, including message taking and call direction

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in these roles, you’ll be an organised and adaptable professional with:

  • Previous experience in office administration, personal assistance, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Experience using office management, CRM, or accounts systems
