About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will provide administrative, coordination, and customer service support across the sales process. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining CRM data and account accuracy

Preparing investment proposals, rental agreements, and costing sheets

Managing quotation requests and order tracking
-
Coordinating freight, packaging, and logistics pricing
-
Supporting sales-to-finance handovers
-
Preparing installation handover documentation
-
Assisting with reporting and general sales support duties
You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow.
About You
You are:

Warm, engaging, and positive

Quick to learn and able to absorb technical information

Experienced in administration and customer service

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional in communication and works well in teams
You will also bring:

Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
-
CRM experience (SAP C4C advantageous)

Exposure to quoting, invoicing, and sales administration in B2B environments
-
A proactive, accountable, and team-focused approach
Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or capital equipment environment is highly regarded.
The role includes a transition period for training and handover ahead of parental leave. It is initially a fixed-term contract starting as soon as you are able (no later than 1 April 2026) until April 2027, with strong potential to evolve into another exciting role for the right candidate.
