Rolly Donburi Limited T/A Hiroba Donburi seeks a Store Manager to run day‑to‑day operations of its fast‑food QSR outlet, supervise five staff, manage stock, pricing, and budgets, and ensure strong service and safety standards.

Position Title: Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience or level 4 qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily fast‑food shop operations and service flow.
  • Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Set and implement pricing, promotions, and marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, financial transactions, and reports.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and support profitability.
  • Supervise, train, roster, and support 5 staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
  • Implement store policies, operational procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
