New Zealand Buddhism Association Charitable Trust is seeking a Secretary to join our Association. Our association is dedicated to promoting Buddhism teachings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organisation of religious events and community activities
- Perform general office duties to support the Association’s operations
- Liaise with members, volunteers, donors, and external stakeholders
- Assist with website content updates and social media posts
- Maintain expense records and donation tracking
Role Details:
- Location: Auckland
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Remuneration: $33 -37 per hour; minimum 30 hours per week
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or two years work experience in office administration or a similar role
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
