New Zealand Buddhism Association Charitable Trust is seeking a Secretary to join our Association. Our association is dedicated to promoting Buddhism teachings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the organisation of religious events and community activities
  • Perform general office duties to support the Association’s operations
  • Liaise with members, volunteers, donors, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with website content updates and social media posts
  • Maintain expense records and donation tracking

Role Details:

  • Location: Auckland
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Remuneration: $33 -37 per hour; minimum 30 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or two years work experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good customer service and communication skills
