Restaurant Manager

Epic Food & Breweries Limited (T/A) Bodega Eatery is on a hunt for a 
Restaurant Manager, with at least 2 Years of relevant hospitality experience or 
relevant qualification to join our friendly team Tamaki Makaurau Auckland , This is a 
full-time position. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager 
to join our Team.

Successful applicants for the role will have : 

• 2 Years of relevant hospitality experience or relevant qualification 
•  Must hold a valid current Manager’s Certificate  
•  Must have team leadership skills 
• Positive attitude and a hands-on approach to service 
• Must be willing to work rostered shifts across the entire week, including 
    weekends and public holidays 

You will be responsible for: 

• overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient 
    service 
• developing food and beverage menus with the chefs 
• managing and overseeing special events and functions 
• managing the purchasing and pricing of goods to ensure costs remain within 
    budget 
• recruiting, training, and supervising front of house and kitchen staff 
• engaging with customers to check their satisfaction with meals and overall 
   service 
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations 

What we offer: 
Wages of $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) 
A minimum of 30 hours a week 

Note: Must be willing to work rostered shifts across the entire week, including 
weekends.
