Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): $35.00

Job Description: This job is responsible for leading and managing restaurants. They may be
responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring
restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and
serving restaurant guests.

This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

  • Responsible for staff roaster
  • Manage Restaurant operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop menus with Food and Beverage team
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and
    procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary are maintain good working
    relationships

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • At least Diploma level 5 with relevant experience
