Pay Rate: $28.00 to $35.00 

About the role 

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to manage the administration and office  operations of our dairy farming business. This is a key role supporting day-to-day business  operations, compliance, and reporting. 

Key responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day office administration, filing systems, and record keeping

• Coordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, rosters and staff documentation

• Maintain compliance records (H&S, HR files, farm audits, policies and procedures)

• Prepare and reconcile invoices, supplier accounts, and basic bookkeeping support (with  accountant as required) 

• Coordinate ordering of farm supplies, office consumables, and contractor  documentation 

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and support farm management with planning and  scheduling 

• Maintain accurate employee records and support recruitment/onboarding  administration 

• Liaise with external providers (accountant, suppliers, service contractors, and other  stakeholders) 

Skills and experience  

Applicants must meet one of the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree (any field), OR 

• At least 2 years’ management experience (office/business/operations management  experience preferred) 

Other requirements 

• Strong computer skills (MS Office/Excel; accounting or payroll software experience is an  advantage) 

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently 

• Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
