Mark’ne Limited serves premium Japanese food, made with Ideas and Love, across Auckland 7 days a week.  As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, reliable, and passionate Store Supervisor to join our team.

This role supports daily store operations, leads staff during shifts, and ensures smooth and efficient service delivery. You will act as a key link between management and frontline staff, maintaining high standards in operations, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·       Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient and consistent service

  • Coordinate staff and manage workflow to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Assist with stock ordering, inventory control, and receiving deliveries
  • Train staff and support hiring and performance evaluations when required
  • Support continuous improvement of store processes and team performance

The successful candidate will deliver:

  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and flexible environment

  • High accuracy in cash handling and store operations

Why Join Us

Salary: $24 to $25.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Operating hours: 11:30am to 9:00pm Monday to Sunday

Location: Auckland Central
