work for minimum 30 hours per week. The pay rate for this role is $30.00 per
hour
Tasks and duties are:
Plan, organise and coordinate the overall operations of the restaurant.
Work in consultation with chefs to plan menus and estimate food and
labour costs.
Manage purchasing, pricing, and stock control to ensure profitability.
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and
development.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Organise and manage special functions and events.
Implement and maintain workplace policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene
regulations.
Role requirements:
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience or relevant tertiary
qualification
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety
regulations.
