We are a growing moving company looking for a reliable and well-organised Operations & Administration Manager to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate our day to day operations and administration.
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday 7 am to 6 pm
Minimum Hours: 32 hours per week
Maximum Hours: 40 hours per week
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business, managing staff and schedules, manage Vehicle fleet, and overseeing operational and administrative activities.
- Plan, organise, and coordinate daily operations and work schedules
- Direct and supervise operational and office staff
- Control and monitor daily workflows to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Coordinate bookings, job allocations, and staff rosters
- Oversee general administration, records, and reporting
- Ensure efficient use of vehicles, staff, and resources
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues
- Monitor service quality and improve work processes
- Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed
- Support management with planning, reporting, and business operations
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree Level qualification or minimum 3 years work experince
- Previous work Experince in domestic or commercial moving industry will be an added advantage
- Strong organisational and planning skills
