We are a growing moving company looking for a reliable and well-organised Operations & Administration Manager to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate our day to day operations and administration.

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday 7 am to 6 pm 

Minimum Hours: 32 hours per week

Maximum Hours: 40 hours per week 

 

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the business, managing staff and schedules, manage Vehicle fleet, and overseeing operational and administrative activities.

  • Plan, organise, and coordinate daily operations and work schedules
  • Direct and supervise operational and office staff
  • Control and monitor daily workflows to ensure jobs run smoothly
  • Coordinate bookings, job allocations, and staff rosters
  • Oversee general administration, records, and reporting
  • Ensure efficient use of vehicles, staff, and resources
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor service quality and improve work processes
  • Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed
  • Support management with planning, reporting, and business operations

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor degree Level qualification or minimum 3 years work experince 
  • Previous work Experince in domestic or commercial moving industry will be an added advantage 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
