GENGIS KHAN MANUKAU LIMITED are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to support daily operations. 

Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour (based on skills and experience)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and handling payments.

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and cold drinks, as required.

  • Prepare and serve simple food items in accordance with café standards.

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash accurately.

  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, kitchen, equipment, and dining spaces.

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

  • Assist with stock rotation, basic inventory checks, and restocking supplies.

  • Support opening and closing duties as rostered.

  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role preferred but not essential.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
