Store Manager

SN & Sons Limited is looking for a motivated and reliable Store Manager to help us deliver quality pizzas and outstanding service to our valued customers. 

The Store Manager play an important role in the smooth day-to-day operations of our pizza store. We want someone who can overlook the entire operations of the store. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality and operational flow. 
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, ordering stock and ensure appropriate restocking.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. 
• Monitoring and controlling store expenses. 
• Managing budgets, sales targets, and profit margins.
• Handling cash registers, banking, and financial transactions.
• Analysing sales reports and implementing strategies to improve performance.
• Implementing in-store promotions and advertising on other platforms such as soical media. 
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Promote sales and upsell products where possible to maximise store profitability.
• Determine staff requirements, train, supervise, motivate, and guide store staffs.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently.
• Address any incidents or safety concerns promptly. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store.

Requirements:

• 2- 3 years of work experience in the hospitality/service industry, food industry like cafe/food fast restaurant/positions such as supervisor, team leader, or cafe assistants. 
• 2 years work experience in a sales focused role or maangerial role will be preferred but is strictly not mandatory.
• Relevant diploma level or higher qualification may substitute the work experience requirement. 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills 
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
