Are you passionate about hospitality and exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Hotel Service Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest services to new heights at Marsden Services Limited. It is a full-time role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

MAIN TASKS:
 Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction during check-in and check-out and ensuring guests needs are met during their stay. 
 Responsible for handling booking enquiries answering emails and phone calls and making sure the hotel PMS system is updated with special emphasis on yielding and rates.
 Increase occupancy and profitability and promoting hotel services and amenities through up-selling strategies.
 Proactive management of customer feedback and complaints ensuring positive resolutions for the guest.
 Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready and available for check-in guests.
 Monitoring staff performance to ensure they are meeting standards of quality service and customer satisfaction. 
 Conducting audits to ensure that all aspects of the hotel are in compliance with legal requirements. 
 Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets for departments within the hotel. 
 Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth operation of all departments. 
 Reviewing guest feedback and making recommendations to management regarding any issues or concerns


Requirements:
 The successful applicant must hold relevant work experience or relevant qualification.
 The applicants must be NZ residents or citizens or have valid work rights in New Zealand.
