PACIFIC MOTEL LIMITED are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of motel rooms and common areas. The role ensures guests have a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay in line with motel standards.

This is a full time role with minimum 30hrs gauranteed each week

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas to high standards.

  • Change bed linens, make beds, and manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding.

  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and consumables in guest rooms.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces in rooms and communal areas.

  • Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored appropriately.

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

  • Follow motel hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.

  • Assist in setting up rooms for guest arrivals and ensuring timely room turnover.

  • Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and guest expectations.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, motel, or hotel environments preferred.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and safe handling practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

  • Physically fit to perform manual cleaning tasks.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and early or late shifts as required.
