About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager for The Pizza Gods ( Windsor Road)  to lead the daily operations of our busy pizza shop. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong hospitality management skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage staff and operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Manage and supervise staff, including rostering and training
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
  • Handle stock ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination
  • Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily reporting
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food regulations

Skills and Experience Required

  • Level 4 qualification or Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
