About the practice and the role

Very busy multi chair practice , well established and well - staffed . This role involves day to day running of the clinic, managing support staff, working closely with the director.You will need to do payroll,stock ordering, commission and contracts.

It is a full time role ranging from 30 to 40 hours offering 36 $ to 40$ per hour

Job description 

Business performance development and future expansion of the practice.Ensure accounts are managed accurately and efficiently.Follow up on overdue account and late payments.Optimise patient satisfaction, Provider time and treatment room utilisation.Protect patients, business and staff confidentaility of medical ,personal and financial information.Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing daily , weekly and monthly goals.Manages patient recalls and reports.Training and supervision of administrative and clinical staff.Updates staff records ,performance management ,employee rosters and conducts regular staff meetings.Oversees and supports digital,general and local area marketing and monitors business growth and data analysis.Interacts with patients and addresses any complaints or concerns.Maintains facility in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.Liaises with ACC and Ministry of Health for treatment carried out.

About you:

Previous experience in dental practice of atleast 3 years is essential. Should have studied dental assistant / nursing course.Should have studied management degree.Must have knowledge about dental software.Must have experiece with infection prevention and sterilization.Must have experience with clinical documentation and records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Committed ,strong work ethic and good listener.Enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
