An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and friendly person to join our team at Aarish Krishna Limited, to assist with the day-to-day operation of our  Busy Restaurant. The Restaurant is located in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

We have a full-time position in our Company. Minimum of 1 year experiencefor Assistant Restaurant Manager Required. on-site training will be provided. The Responsibilities of the positions are cited Below.

 

Assistant Restaurant Manager.

 

An hourly rate will be negotiated between the employee and the employer depending on the experience, for this position. A minimum of 35 hours will be granted.

  • serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment.
  • maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar.
  • Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant.
  • clean tables and other surfaces set tables and ensure they're ready for the next guest if Necessary.
  • Deal with supplier contracts for stock and inventory.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.
  • Assessing and improving profitability and Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Creating staffing roaster and Planning menus.

Applicants Must Have 

  • You must be available to work during nights, on weekends, and on public holidays.
  •  Due to the nature of our client’s businesses, you must also pass a drug test and have a clear criminal record (if required).
  • Applicants must be physically fit as needed to operate different cleaning Machines.
  • Suitable candidate will be assited with work visa.
