Oranga Catering NZ Ltd, trading as Paper-Plan,e based in Auckland, is dedicated to innovation and quality. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team, this is a full-time permanent role, with a minimum 35 hrs/week. 

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality menus using seasonal, fresh ingredients.

  • Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food safety, and team coordination.

  • Innovate recipes while adhering to client specifications and dietary needs.

  • Ensure compliance with NZ food hygiene standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in catering or hospitality (2+ years essential)

  • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and global cuisines.

  • Excellent time management, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
