Join Our Team as Store Manager Our store in Richmond and Nelson (Tasman/Nelson) is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Manager who can lead the team by example. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring our store operates at the highest standard.

Availability Requirements Applicants must be able to work late nights and be available over weekends, as these are critical times for our business operations. Usual working hours would be 30 to 40 hours per week.

Skills and Experience Needed To effectively train and supervise staff, you should hold a Driver’s Licence and have at least two years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities As Store Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Taking full accountability for all store operations, including food management, cash handling, monitoring product dates, and overseeing dough preparation.
  • Recruiting and training staff to ensure all processes are completed correctly and meet our store standards.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
  • Ensuring that load times are under three minutes and that store KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Driving sales through initiatives such as box topping, wobble boards, and food sampling.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure orders are placed and delivered promptly.
  • Ensuring all cash control and handling procedures are followed accurately.
  • Managing any cash variances that occur during the week.
  • Promoting excellent customer service at all times.
  • Leading by example by upholding all Domino’s policies and standards.
  • Ensuring all staff members comply with Health & Safety policies and standards.
  • Fostering clear and consistent communication within the team.
  • Complying with food safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular staff meetings.
  • Maintaining and enforcing all safety and security protocols, ensuring prompt reporting of incidents and consistent store upkeep.
  • Please note that the applicant must be available to work weekends and flexible to work according to the weekly roster.

For the above, the pay rate would be negotiated with the right candidate but initial pay range would be $28 - $35.
