Luxe Stay Holiday Homes Ltd is a premium holiday home management company based in Queenstown. We provide end-to-end property management services including guest support, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance. Following several years of strong growth, we now manage over 120 properties in Queenstown and continue to expand. We are seeking 4-5 full-time Housekeeping shift supervisors to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff across multiple sites
• Allocating daily duties and preparing work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
• Inspecting completed work to ensure cleaning standards and company procedures are met
• Training new staff in cleaning methods, use of equipment, and workplace procedures
• Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Managing stock levels of cleaning supplies and arranging replenishment as required
• Liaising with the Owner/Operator and other Supervisors regarding staffing requirements, operational issues, and workflow planning
• Responding to client queries or concerns and ensuring prompt resolution
• Assisting with cleaning duties during peak periods or staff shortages
Reports to: Housekeeping manager
Health & Safety Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitoring safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Reporting hazards, incidents, or risks promptly to management
• Promoting a safe and compliant working environment for all staff
Terms and Conditions:
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week (rostered over 5 days, including weekends/public holidays)
• Pay Rate: $28 – $36 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Work Location: Primarily mobile across managed properties in Queenstown,
• Start Date: Immediate or by agreement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

New Zealand full driver's license (essential).

Minimum 2 years of satisfactoty housekeeping experience (essential)
- Previous experience in holiday home cleaning (advantageous)
