Kiwi College of New Zealand is a private training establishment providing a range of education and training programs for international students. We are looking for an experienced office manager to join our busy team.

Location of Work: Albany, Auckland

Number of Vacancies: 1

Type of employment: full time, 30-40 hours per week

Days required: Monday to Friday

Pay: $30 - $34 per hour depending on experience

Your duties will include:

·      Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school to ensure efficient office management.

·      Develop and maintain office procedures, administrative systems, and student record management.

·      Supervise and coordinate administrative staff.

·      Overseeing office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance to ensure smooth office operations

·      Coordinate class schedules, facilities, and office resources with teaching staff.

·      Handle enquiries from students and external stakeholders and provide administrative support to management.

·      Maintain accurate records and assist with basic financial and operational reporting.

 

Successful applicants will have:

·      At least 3-year relevant experience in office management or secretary

·      Able to meet deadline and work under pressure

·      Great work ethic and a hard-working attitude

·      Excellent attention to details

·      Ability to communicate in Chinese is required due to the high proportion of Chinese students and education agents
