We are seeking an organised and reliable Admin, Accounts & Design Support Coordinator to assist with daily office operations, basic accounts tasks, customer communication, and preparing design presentations for our joinery projects.

We are looking for a reliable and well‑organised Admin, Accounts & Design Support Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support our growing joinery team. This role involves a mix of administration, basic accounts assistance, customer communication, and preparing design and project documentation for our residential and commercial joinery work.
Key Responsibilities
•     Handle day‑to‑day office administration, including emails, phone calls, and customer enquiries
•     Assist with accounts tasks such as invoicing, receipts, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records
•     Coordinate job scheduling, liaising with workshop staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth workflow
•     Prepare and update project files, quotes, job sheets, and documentation for joinery projects
•     Learn and use design software to assist with preparing layout options and design presentations
•     Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems
•     Support management with general administrative tasks and internal communication
•     Provide friendly, professional customer service and follow‑up
•     Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries when required
Skills & Experience
•     Strong organisational and communication skills
•     Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under timeframes
•     Basic accounts knowledge or willingness to learn
•     Confident using computers and learning new software
•     Professional customer‑service approach
•     Multilingual communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi) is an advantage
•     Previous administration or coordination experience is helpful but not essential
