Quinovic Pukekohe are currently looking for a capable, proactive Real Estate Administrator to support their growing real estate and property management business.  This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking ahead, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to support person across administration, marketing, client care, and day-to-day operations — ensuring the business runs efficiently and professionally at all times.

This position is approximately 15 hours per week (ideally 9:30am-2:30pm three days per week), with the potential to grow as the business grows.
 
About the Role
 
This is a true "jack of all trades" administration role. You'll be involved in:
  • Preparing and processing agency agreements and management agreements
  • Managing listing administration from start to finish
  • Drafting listing scripts and marketing content
  • Coordinating and scheduling marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with social media content and online presence
  • Database management and CRM updates
  • Client care and communication support
  • General office organisation and process management
  • Occasional property viewings or field-based support as required
About You
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Strong written communication skills (you can draft polished client communications and marketing content)
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently in a small but growing business
  • Real estate or property management experience highly desirable
  • Experience using CRM systems such as VaultRE, Rex, Palace, Property Suite would be highly advantageous
