Tikka N Talk is looking for 2 Kitchenhand & all-rounders-Night Shift to join our team in CBD, Auckland. We offer a competitive wage of $24.00 - $30 / hour and we guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week.

Your tasks and duties : 

  • Maintaining the food supplies storage according to food safety procedure
  • Showing initiative to help with the kitchen operations such as informing the chefs if food supplies is running low 
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation areas
  • Washing, sanitising and storing all cooking appliances, utensils, cutting board and dishes
  • Helping to minimize waste and landfill
  • Providing prompt and good customer service
  • Taking orders and serving customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the service area including clearing the table, returning the dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
  • Following with health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on a day-to-day basis
