C&S Hospo Limited is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchenhands to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

  • Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organised workspace.

  • Keeping kitchen areas, food preparation surfaces, and storage areas clean and hygienic at all times.

  • Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and storing food deliveries and kitchen supplies.

  • Ensuring proper storage and rotation of food items in accordance with food safety requirements.

  • Removing rubbish and maintaining waste disposal areas in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Supporting kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Following all health and safety and food hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant experience is advantageous but not strictly mandatory. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  •  Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
