This is a permanent, full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Keeping kitchen areas, food preparation surfaces, and storage areas clean and hygienic at all times.

Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and storing food deliveries and kitchen supplies.

Ensuring proper storage and rotation of food items in accordance with food safety requirements.

Removing rubbish and maintaining waste disposal areas in a clean and orderly condition.

Supporting kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Following all health and safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 year of relevant experience is advantageous but not strictly mandatory.

Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
